Perfect two hours if you are short on time in Kotor. Half an hour walking around Perast is exactly right — long enough to see the palaces and grab a coffee on the waterfront before heading back.
Same route as the shared tour but you set the pace. We spent nearly forty minutes at the Blue Cave because there was nobody waiting on us. If you can stretch to the private price, do it.
