• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled departure are non-refundable.
• Changes to booking date or time are subject to availability and must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.

1. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably between the parties.
2. Failing amicable resolution, disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Kotor, Montenegro, in accordance with Montenegrin law.
