Kotor Bay Highlights - 1h

We set off from the port near the city park and slowly start sailing through the placid waters of the Boka Bay area. The first and only stop on our route is at a charming islet, set in the middle of Boka Bay, named after the church Our Lady of the Rocks. This artificial island, according to folklore, was created from stones thrown by local fishermen to commemorate their respect for the icon of the Holy Mother, which had been first discovered there. In honor of Her, sailors promised to throw rocks whenever they returned safely from their voyages. This then created what is now a wide island that harbors the same-named church, where visitors can explore many artistic paintings, embroidery, and other artifacts.
